I am a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha Yoga from a Christian Perspective, with a focus on alignment. All my classes are beginner to basic level flows, so everyone is welcome! And best of all, you can join from the comfort of your home!

All classes focus on meditating on biblical scripture and themes to connect mind, body and spirit to Jesus. Our goal in doing yoga from a Christian perspective is to worship God with our minds, hearts and bodies and to spread His love to everyone we meet.
